PrimoHoagies is looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold the award-winning quality that has led USA Today to recognize us as the Best Hoagie Shop in America three years running. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced restaurant leadership, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Lead staffing: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction
- Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly
- Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational KPIs
- Partner with corporate area managers on marketing, compliance, and brand initiatives
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and PrimoHoagies brand presentation
What You Bring
- Leadership experience in restaurant or retail management (fast-casual a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe preferred (We will train)
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
